1/4lbBacon
1/4lbLeeks; finely diced
1mdOnion; diced
2qtChicken stock
1/2lbWhite potatoes; diced
1ptMilk
1ptCream
  Salt and pepper; to taste
  Fresh parsley; to taste

Recipe by: Gladys Taber Preparation Time: 1:00 Saute the bacon, leeks and onion, adding some butter to the drippings. Add to the chicken stock, then add potatoes. Cook about 25 minutes. Add milk, cream, salt and pepper, and let the soup heat but not boil. Sprinkle parsley on top and serve in warm bowls.
